Independent Financial Adviser

• Provide high level financial planning advice to clients and achieve personal targets as agreed for the production of commission and fee income.
• To work within a professional team to develop and promote a comprehensive financial management service.
• To meet and provide clients with a holistic financial planning service, in particular relating to pension and complex retirement options.
• To build close relationships with clients, to provide on-going service and advice.
• Be involved in developing business goals and objectives for the Company.
• Ensure the Company maintains a high level of compliance to FSA rules and regulations and a quality service to the clients.
• Participate in the recruitment, training and development of other staff as appropriate.
• Ensure technical knowledge is maintained for the Company via attendance on appropriate training courses, workshops, general reading etc.

Experience/Qualifications

• Previous experience in dealing with HNW/UHNM clients.
• Knowledge of retirement options and investments.
• Knowledge of Corporate (Keyman, Loan Protection, Share/Partnership protection) etc.
• Proven ability to develop and work within professional firms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Proven record of high production.
• FPC qualified, with at least 1 AFPC subject
